117th Foundation Day of Ilocos Sur National High School

Every school have the celebration for the day it was discovered we call it the Foundation Day. The students and teachers prepare activities for this celebration. It is also one of the  most awaited event in school every year. Ilocos Sur National High School is located at Brgy. VII, Gomez Street Vigan City Ilocos Sur. ISNHS is a big school. It is the biggest highschool in Vigan City and this year it has 8,000+ population.
