Every year in the month of July, we celebrate the Nutrition Month for us to know more knowledge about healthy living. The theme for this year 2018 is "Ugaliing magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon aanihin". This theme says that we should plant fruits and vegetable on our own specially at our backyard.
Having an own garden would be beneficial for us:
- it can be a source of income
- to save money
- family bonding
- its more safe than the fruit and vegetable that you buy in the market
-you can be prepared if there is a shortage of supply
